Electronic products

All purchases of electronic products are final and non-refundable. It's not allowed to make the purchases available for third parties unless Virt-IX has agreed upon writing.

Rack rental services

Rack rental sessions purchased in our online store are valid for one year starting on the date of purchase. Unused credit is eligible for return and refund if we receive your request within seven days of the date of purchase. To request a refund, send an email to sabri@virt-ix.net.

Cancellation / Reschedule

You are able to cancel or reschedule a scheduled rack rental session up to 24 hours prior to its start time via the rack rental system. The used rack rental credits will become available again so you can use this to reschedule your session at your convenience. Cancellation within 24 hours prior to its start time is ineligible for rack rental credit refunds.

Rack rental issues

No warranty is given or liability is incurred related to accessing our equipment during the rental period (internet related issues). Credit related to equipment failure or rack access problems may be given at the discretion of us depending on the nature of the problem. Rack rental issues need to be send to sabri@virt-ix.net at the moment they occur.

Rack rental topology and software

We reserve the right to adjust the physical topology, the number of devices and the software version of our racks without prior notice.

Privacy Policy

Very simple: we don't give your details to anyone else unless there is a legal or contractual (i.e. with payment providers) obligation to do so.
